NAVIGATION RULES AND REGULATIONS

1. Users will be transported to the designated area at the port. It is mandatory to follow the instructors’ directions at all times.

2. It is strictly forbidden to ride outside the GPS-delimited area, leave the marked channel, or come within 300 meters of the beach. The jet ski’s speed will be automatically limited if you leave the authorized area.

3. Important: a minimum safety distance of 50 meters must always be maintained between your jet ski and other jet skis or boats. The jet ski will automatically reduce its speed if this distance is not respected.

4. An instructor will monitor your activity and will be available for any questions or assistance.

5. In case of loss of control or confusion, immediately pull the kill cord to stop the engine. Wait for assistance and signal the instructor. Never leave the jet ski unattended.

6. Navigation is prohibited for those under 16. Teenagers aged 16 to 17 must provide parental authorization.

7. Before starting the activity, make sure you understand all the rules and safety instructions. If in doubt, ask the instructor for clarification.

8. Wearing the provided life jacket is mandatory. It is forbidden to modify the jet ski’s configuration or remove any components.

CONTRACT CONDITIONS

1. The user agrees to comply with all the rules and conditions of this contract.

2. In case of non-compliance, the user will be held responsible under Spanish law. The contract will be terminated without any right to a refund. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Málaga.

3. The jet skis are provided in good condition. The user must return them in the same condition and comply with local laws.

4. The company is not responsible for any damage caused to third parties or for any material damage caused by the user.

ACCIDENTS AND REPAIRS
In the event of an accident, breakdown, or negligence, the user will bear all costs.
Repair or replacement costs will be assessed based on market price.
An accident report must be completed, and the user will provide their personal details.

INFORMATION CLAUSE – CUSTOMER DATA PROCESSING
On behalf of DIGINAUTIC S.L., the data provided will be processed for service management and billing purposes.
The data will be retained for the duration of the commercial relationship or for the legally required period.
No data will be shared with third parties unless required by law.
You may request confirmation, correction, or deletion of your data.
